For the business person on the go or anyone who has multiple lines, Google voice can now have one number ring all your phones at once or particular phones for certain people,screen calls(send straight to voicemail,have them announce themselves first) and have transcribed voicemail sent to email or text

sidenote: in settings make sure you switch the caller id for text messaging to show your google voice phone number.
